Description
The first part of the course aims to enable students to develop basic skills in data analysis. Excel will be used to produce descriptive analyses and different types of graphs for data visualization. Another software very present in organizations for data visualization will also be used (e.g. Tableau, or Power BI). The second part of the course aims to introduce the notion of data culture in organizations for decision-making by demystifying machine learning and artificial intelligence. To do this, we will give an overview of some predictive analysis methods used with big data and show examples of application in organizations.
