This experiential workshop, the first of two, offers a practical approach to developing effective MBA teams that are aligned and capable of regulating their own dynamics. Students will develop skills related to the following areas: interpersonal skills; collaborative management; collective prioritization; time management in a context of interdependence.
During the first workshop, participants are guided through a structured team-building process based on identifying shared values, creating shared behavioural norms, and aligning around a team identity. This work aims to establish a climate conducive to collaboration and performance from the outset.
