Organizations are increasingly looking for managers that demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion workshop aims at giving you the tools to act individually and collectively to reduce discrimination and inequity.
Diversity can lead to more wealth, creativity and performance when inclusion and equity mechanisms are deployed.
Module 1 will focus on identifying unconscious biases and reducing them, as well as understanding microaggressions and how to react to them. Module 2 will focus on understanding and appropriating the development of an EDI plan.
