Isabelle Faucher
The Director oversees the strategic and innovative orientation of management practices for all employees. She supports initiatives that foster an enriching employee experience at the school.
Through these services, she promotes administrative and management staff engagement in fulfilling HEC Montréal’s mission and is responsible for the development and application of human resources policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
