An HEC Montréal Professor since 1990, he has held the Research Chair in Digital Health since 2004. He is one of Canada’s leading researchers in this field, and one of the most influential on the international scene. He was the first researcher to define the success factors related to the introduction of home telecare. Many influential international organizations, including the World Health Organization, have called on his expertise.
