Restoring your temporary resident status

Has your study permit expired before you applied for an extension? You are no longer authorized to continue your studies.

You must apply to restore your temporary resident status within 90 days of your previous permit's expiry date.

Simply applying to restore your status will not grant you the right to study in the current term. To study in the forthcoming term, you will need to be in possession of the new study permit prior to the deadline specified in the academic calendar.

Contact the Zone Info team as soon as possible. They will guide you through the process of restoring your status and continuing your studies.
