If your absence was approved by your program administration, you may sit your examination during the final examination period of the next term when the course is offered.
Your program administration will register you for the deferred examination. Consult HEC en ligne for the date, time and location (DF section) of your examination.
It is your responsibility to report for the examination on the scheduled date. Otherwise you will receive a mark of 0. A final examination may be deferred only once.
First of all, see the course outline in ZoneCours for the term in which the deferred examination is offered. Then make sure you have all the necessary documentation (paper or electronic format) for the examination. If necessary, contact the course coordinator or the teaching department for details on the applicable procedures.
Your grade on the course will be available on HEC en ligne in the term during which you took the course. Until the grade is received, an “IN” (incomplete) will show up in your file.
