The HEC Montréal-Darlington residence offers 40 full time international students the opportunity to rent a room in a university residence.
The tenants and the Student Services team work hard to offer young students a variety of activities in a safe environment. New students adjust to university life and the HEC Montréal community within the first year of study.

The residence is located in the heart of the Côte-des-Neiges district and close to the school making it easy for students to walk from their room to the gym, the pool, the classroom or the library in just a few minutes.
Choosing the residence is opting for a safe living environment that is managed with the needs of each resident in mind:
From Thursday, August 15, 2024, to Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The rent is due on the 15 of each month and can be paid by bank transfer.
Starting April 9, 2024, the rooms can be booked online at www.residencehec.com
When you make the reservation, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. This amount will be refunded (minus applicable bank fees) if a student chooses not to study at HEC Montréal or if his or her application is not accepted. Priority in residence is given to international students.
The residence offers 5 apartment layouts with 2 or 3 bedrooms. The different layouts are presented on our website. The apartments are not co-ed unless a special request is made or in exceptional circumstances.

Rooms are available from $1 005 per month (9-month lease). The following are included: heating, electricity, high speed Wi-Fi internet, living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture, appliances, TV, gym, etc.
