- Under Pick up Options, select Bibliothèque HEC Montréal - Numérisation - Indiquer vos pages;

If HEC Montréal does not hold the document or if all the copies are borrowed, it is possible to make the digitization request via our interlibrary loan service.
It is possible to reproduce:
- up to 20% of a book,
- a chapter if it does not exceed 20% of the book,
- an article.
Other items include whiteboard pens, charging cables, calculators and headphones.

- Fines : 0.50$ per hour per item (maximum 20.00$ per item)
You can borrow a laptop from the library if your meet these three conditions:
- You study at HEC Montréal. Only students that are currently attending at least one course can use this service.
- You have your valid HEC Montréal card. If you don't have it with you, a valid piece of ID with a picture and your student number will be accepted.
- You owe the library less than 50.00$ in fees and fines. Those that exceed this limit will have to pay their debt first.
To borrow a laptop, you must:
- Ask for one at the circulation desk. No holds are allowed for laptops.
- Fill out a terms and conditions agreement form. You commit yourself to returning the laptop in good conditions or pay its replacement cost otherwise.
You can now request books that are held by other university libraries in Quebec by using the Request button directly within our Sofia search engine and have them delivered at the HEC Montréal library.
HEC Montréal students, professors, researchers, as well as other employees can already borrow documents from other university libraries in Quebec just by presenting their active HEC card.
To request a scanned copy of a book chapter or a journal article from a PBUQ library, please use the Interlibrary loans service.
The interlibrary loan service allows you to obtain a document that the Quebec University Libraries (BUQ) do not have.
We invite you to place a request in Sofia by clicking on the Request Item through ILL button.
