Transport and handling of materials and equipment – Event support
You can receive assistance if you have materials or equipment to move:
- between two buildings (on or off campus)
- inside a building at HEC Montréal
These services are no longer provided for student events or events put on by external organizations.
How to request services
You must make a request in Maximo specifying:
- the starting point, meaning where the materials are located, and where the materials will be delivered
- the hours and dates the materials must be picked up, delivered, and returned.
