Your event attendees can use parking lots at the three HEC Montréal buildings, with the usual conditions (in French).

Prepaid parking spots
You can offer prepaid parking spots to your attendees by purchasing coupons with Coop HEC Montréal at least 24 hours before the event.
- Complete the form to order passes (in French).
- Send it to coophec@hec.ca.
- You will then receive prepaid coupons.
Spots for public figures
When you expect public figures (politicians, main speakers) to attend, notify securite@hec.ca and pierre.rivette@hec.ca to see if VIP spots can be assigned.
