Showing videos on the digital signage network – Event support
The digital signage network (réseau ADN) can inform the HEC Montréal community of upcoming events by showing short videos, subject to approval, on digital signs around campus.
This service is subject to publishing rules and technical specifications. Learn more (restricted access).
How to request services
Submit your request using Jira. It is recommended that you specify your exact requirements, providing information such as:
- The title of the event
- The type of activity
- The name of the group making the request (student committee, research hub, DAIP, Student Services, etc.)
- The dates, times, and locations
- Website, Facebook, or Instagram links to provide more information
- Further details to be integrated into the video content
Please attach the following to your request, if available: images, logos, photos, and videos for your event.
