Description

This course analyzes the fundamental theories of corporate finance with the goal of understanding the motivations behind corporate investment, financing and payout decisions.

In this course, we'll examine the main topics in corporate finance, including capital structure, financing policy, cash management, corporate governance issues and mergers and acquisitions.
