MBA Crossroads Montréal 2024
MBA Crossroads Montréal returns for its 3rd edition!
Join us for an evening focused on active networking and meet the MBA student community looking for a new challenge starting in September or December.
This event is available to a limited number of companies based on the relevance of their offers and their openness to hiring MBA-level profiles.

Monday, May 6, 2024, from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Format:
- 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Arrival of companies and setup
- 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM: Each recruiter or manager conducts up to 8 individual interviews of 15 minutes with MBA students.
Note: All participating companies must commit to sending two representatives for a total of 16 interviews per company.
Students will choose the companies they wish to meet. - 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM: Networking cocktail to interact with attendees and those you may not have had the chance to meet
Your commitment as a participating company:
- Have MBA-level internship and job offers or be open to hiring an MBA student based on their profile
- Choose 2 representatives from your company to attend the event from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Participant Profiles:
- Full-time MBA students, available from September 2024
- Part-time MBA students
- MBA+ students, pilot program consisting of international students in the process of learning French, available for a 3-month internship starting September 1, 2024, and for employment at the end of their internship
- Profile of the 245 MBA students in 2023-2024:
- They have an average of 8 years of experience
- Nearly half have a dual degree
- A third are international students
- 22 different languages are spoken: mainly French but also Arabic, English, Spanish, Hindi, and Chinese
