Internship Fair

Our flagship intern recruitment event will take place on the Côte-Sainte-Catherine campus on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This free event will give you the opportunity to meet HEC Montréal students looking for internships and present your internship opportunities as well as your recruitment processes to them.

The participants
- Over 500 students expected
- Looking for internships for summer, fall, or winter 2026
- Undergraduate and graduate students: BBA, Certificate, MSc, Master
- Specialized in nearly 150 programs
- Francophone, Anglophone, bilingual, or multilingual students
Format
- Each company will have an assigned location and students will be able to move around freely.
- Up to four representatives may attend: for example, a recruiter, a manager who supervises interns, or a HEC Montréal graduate.
- Each student will wear a badge identifying their specialization and level of study
- Students will have been invited to attend preparatory workshops on finding internships during the month of January
- No promotional material except one roll-up banner per company
Participation is free, but registration is required and space is limited.
