“MBA Crossroads Montréal” will be back with a 5th edition downtown! Are you considering recruiting an MBA graduate this year?
This recruitment-focused evening is the perfect opportunity to individually meet motivated MBA students ready to take on new challenges as early as September or December 2026.
This event is available to a limited number of companies based on the relevance of their offers and their openness to hiring MBA-level profiles.

Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Format:
- Each company can send one or two representatives (recruiter, consultant or manager), depending on the size of the company and the number of opportunities.
- Each representative conducts up to 8 individual 15-minute interviews with MBA students.
- Students choose 2 companies to meet with. The MBA administration will allocate 2 interviews to each student based on the relevance of the profiles.
Your commitment as a participating company:
- Have one or more MBA-level offers or an openness to consider experienced students based on their profile.
Profile of the 318 MBA students in 2025-2026:
- They have an average of 8 years of experience
- Nearly half have a dual degree
- They have extensive international experience
- 22 different languages are spoken: mainly French but also Arabic, English, Spanish, Hindi, and Chinese
- Full-time MBA students, available from September 2026
- Part-time MBA students, to be hired between June 2026 and January 2027
