An HEC Montréal Professor since 1984, he holds the Chair in Strategy and Society. His interests include the strategic management of complex organizations, in particular diversified and geographically dispersed companies, non-profit organizations, public-sector companies and governments. A prolific author, he has 38 books and monographs to his credit, and founded Management International magazine, which he directed until 2004.
