An HEC Montréal alumnus (1969), over the course of 4 decades he built 2 portfolio management firms ranked in turn among the country's largest. Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Fiera Capital, he also served as its CEO (2003–2025). Very active in the business community, he sits on several boards of directors, including the HEC Montréal Board (since 2002). He was also a member of the Advisory Committee for the School's Rémi Marcoux Entrepreneurial Track.
