An HEC Montréal Professor in Management Science since 1978 and a Full Professor since 1989, his research in the field of transportation has had remarkable influence, impact and relevance. He received the School's Grand Prize for excellence in research (2015), and has also been and a founding member of the Group for Research in Decision Analysis (GERAD).
