An HEC Montréal Professor since 2008, she is a member of the Royal Society of Canada (2022) and of The College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada (2016). She also holds the Chair of Succession and Family Enterprise. Her research, teaching and many publications focus on strategies, organizational design, governance structures and succession in family enterprises.
