Governance- Faculty Assembly

The Faculty Assembly comprises assistant, associate and full professors.

The Faculty Assembly:

Appoints 2 members to the School's Board of Directors and 3 to its Academic Council, and appoints representatives to various boards and committees.
Advises the Director of the School on academic matters.
Discusses all the issues raised by the report of the Director General of HEC Montréal.
Receives each year the President of the Corporation who comes to present the financial situation of HEC Montréal.
