The Board of Directors established a Committee on Compensation Policies on June 13, 1991. This committee has been known as the Human Resources Committee since November 10, 2022.
Mandate
The Board of Directors entrusts this committee with the following mandates:
- to submit to the Board a recommendation on the remuneration and working conditions of the director of HEC Montréal, the secretary general and the director of finance;
- to examine and recommend to the Board the salary policy each year for all staff members, including all elements of remuneration for senior executives; And
- to formulate opinions or recommendations on any question related to the remuneration and working conditions of HEC Montréal employees.
This committee meets at least twice a year.
