A proud graduate of HEC Montréal (1994), Louise Sicuro earned a specialized graduate diploma in management of cultural organizations (D.E.S.S. en gestion - organismes culturels) as a member of the program’s very first cohort. Deeply committed to promoting public access to arts and culture, she initiated the “Journées de la Culture” and has dedicated herself to the development of this sector for nearly 40 years. She also founded the non-profit “Culture pour tous” which she directed for 25 years before continuing her commitment to the organization as a strategic advisor since the fall of 2021.
