An HEC Montréal Professor since 1978, he has held the Chair of Learning and Teaching Technologies in Management Education since it was created in 2003 and is the Director of the Department of Applied Economics. He is known for his avant-garde vision, both in his course content and in the methods used. For instance, he helped implement the Virtuose program in 1998, a major technological shift that made the use of laptop computers a key part of the learning experience at the School.
