An HEC Montréal professor (1974–2009), she was a pioneer in the development of organizational theory studies and made a significant contribution to teaching strategy, especially through her remarkable output of teaching materials. She also played an important role in the School’s administration. Between 1986 and 1993 she was Director of the Gestion journal and headed up the Department of Management (1993–1999).
