An HEC Montréal Professor since 2000, she has held the Canada Research Chair in Strategic Management in Pluralistic Settings since 2008 and co-directs the Strategy as Practice Study Group at HEC Montréal. As such she is a prominent force in organization and strategy research and is recognized as a pioneer in the area of process studies. At the School, she directed the MSc and PhD programs from 2003 to 2006.
