Payment
Pay the required fees to Université de Montréal. All or part of the amounts incurred will be reimbursed to you, under certain conditions, by HEC Montréal.

Reimbursement policy
HEC Montréal will reimburse you, upon request, for all or part of the amounts paid for these activities and services.
Medical consultations, vaccinations, and lab services are not covered by the reimbursement policy.
No reimbursement will be granted for service cancellation fees or for services provided more than one year prior to the reimbursement request.
Full-time students may obtain the full refund provided, specifically for:
- Cultural activities: The difference between “general public” and “Université de Montréal student” rates.
- Other services: The difference between “affiliated school student” rates and “Université de Montréal student” rates.
Part-time students will receive a refund proportional to the number of credits registered for the term in question. For this reason, refunds will only be issued after the course withdrawal date.
For services received during the summer term
Full-time students in the winter term are eligible for the full refund – regardless of the number of credits they register for in the summer term.
Part-time students in the winter term are eligible for a refund proportional to the number of credits they register for in the summer term.
