Inspire the next generation of students! HEC Montréal lets you share your experience with prospective students by responding to their inquiries.
You may be a good fit if

- You are reliable, self-motivated, and have good interpersonal skills
- You are interested in getting involved in something that can enrich your student life and contribute to your personal development.
Two ways to get involved
Chat with future students to help them prepare for their arrival on campus. Share about your experience at HEC Montréal and answer their questions about campus life.
Status: Volunteer.
Conditions to meet:
- Be enrolled in a study program at HEC Montréal.
- Complete a short training session in preparation.
- Commit to volunteering about two hours a week.
You will participate in HEC Montréal’s student recruitment activities online or on site: information sessions, open houses, fairs, forums, etc. You will respond to inquiries about academic programs, admissions, and the student experience. You may be asked to give a presentation or share your experience.
Status: Paid work, which you accept based on your availability and where you are located .
Conditions to meet:
- Be enrolled in one of our study programs or hold a diploma from HEC Montréal.
- Complete a training session to prepare and be selected for upcoming missions.
- Commit to going on the missions you have accepted and provide a short report for each of them.
- Previous experience as a volunteer ambassador on the sharing platform is an asset.
