Access to electronic journal articles

If, after clicking on a link in HECo, ZoneCours, etc., you see a blank page instead of your journal article, follow the steps showed on the image and described below to solve the problem.

1. Open the Tools menu (cog icon);
2. Choose Internet Options;
3. Click on the Security Tab;
4. Choose the Trusted Sites zone;
5. Click on the Sites button;
6. In the Add this Web site to the zone field, enter the following Web sites and click on the Add button :
   • http://*.proquest.com
   • http://kk9fd4ag5g.search.serialssolutions.com/
7. Click on the Close button;
8. Click on the Ok button.
