The following are questions regularly asked by applicants. This information may be useful to you in your job search at HEC Montréal.

Does the information that I communicate to HEC Montréal remain confidential?

The confidentiality of personal information will be protected. Only statistical data will be made public.

In addition, please be sure to use only one email address. Never use an email address that is shared by a number of other persons.

Why do I have to identity myself for the Act Respecting Equal Access to Employment in Public Bodies by completing a survey?

HEC Montréal wants to be able to count on a staff that is representative of Québec society in order to create an open and respectful workplace where everyone can flourish while contributing to the success of our institution.

HEC Montréal is subject to the Act Respecting Equal Access to Employment in Public Bodies. The confidentiality of personal information will be protected. Only statistical data will be made public.

I am having problems sending my application

First, please make sure the browsers you are using (ex.: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.) are up-to-date with the latest available version. 

Then, erase the navigation data (cookies) saved in the browser history you are using. 

Also, make sure your application file is saved in .pdf (lower case) format.

Finally, post your application again making sure that all the fields marked with an asterisk are filled. 

Your file must not exceed 10 MB.
