International activities and student mobility - Cancellation and refunds policy

�31 days or more
For cancellations 31 days or more before the program starts, 100% of fees paid will be refunded.

30 days or less
For cancellations 30 days or less before the program starts, no refund will be issued except in special situations.

HEC Montréal reserves the right to cancel or postpone a program, in which case its liability shall be limited to the reimbursement in full of the enrollment fees already paid.

Any cancellation of enrollment in a program must be sent in writing to international.program@hec.ca.
