The Director, Human Resources oversees the strategic orientation of human resources management. He works to rally the School’s administrative and academic staff around its mission.
He co-ordinates the development and application of human resources management policies and practices, while ensuring respect for and compliance with labour legislation and promoting a harmonious work climate.
The Human Resources Office comprises the following units: Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life, Process and Information Management, Labour Relations and Total Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
The Director, Human Resources sits on the HEC Montréal Pension Fund Committee and represents the School in dealings with the HEC Montréal Co-op.
