The HEC Montréal Library (Lise-and-Giuseppe-Racanelli Building) and the First Nations Executive Education School present the Change the Bill exhibition from June 15 to July 15, 2026.
The exhibition, created by the Native Women’s Association of Canada (NWAC), is “an innovative design project that aims to promote reconciliation through art by inviting Indigenous artists to reimagine $20 bills featuring their Indigenous heroines. Placing the image of an Indigenous woman on a banknote helps highlight and recognize the significant contributions of Indigenous women, who are too often excluded from the country’s history.”
