Mentoring Pilot Project Objectives:

To bring together an experienced professional and a student who is about to graduate, to assist the student in his/her professional development
Allow the establishment of a helping relationship based on confidentiality and mutual respect of both parties
Rely on the commitment to this project, on a voluntary basis over a period of 4 months, with one hour meeting per month
Promote the transition of HEC students to the job market
Contribute to the development of students' career objectives
Analyse the impact of such a program on the professional development of HEC Montréal Master's students

Benefits for the mentee :

Identify their needs in relation to their integration into the job market
Benefit from the experience and advice of a professional
Increase their knowledge and understanding of the sector in which they want to integrate and evolve
Increase their self-confidence and develop their leadership skills
Increase their chances of success

Pre-requisites for the student registered in the Master's program who would like to participate:

Attend the info-session
Update your CV and Linkedin profile
