HEC Montréal offers a number of differential tuition fee exemptions to international students enrolled in the MSc program, regardless of the stream. These exemptions lower the tuition fees to the level of those paid by students from Quebec.
For more information on these exemptions, visit the Differential Tuition Fee Exemptions (MSc) – newly admitted page and the Differential Tuition Fee Exemptions (MSc) page in the Scholarships Directory.
An exemption is offered to all international PhD students within the funding package offered at the moment of their admission.
Note: Students who are French citizens are not eligible for these exemptions because an exemption is granted them automatically in order of the agreement between the Government of Quebec and France.
