Marc-Philippe Gagnon wins a Student Paper Award from the Canadian Tax Foundation

Marc-Philippe Gagnon, a student in the Master of Laws program, Taxation Option (LL.M.), won a Student Paper Award at the Université Laval Tax Symposium held by the Canadian Tax Foundation, on July 4. He was recognized for his presentation on the tax treatment of crowdfunding income, to an audience of nearly 200 people.

The award is a tribute to the top-quality work of a student on a paper concerning taxation or tax policy, in terms of both content and oral presentation.
