August 13, 2014

Thomas_Sychterz_eThomas Sychterz (Eng.), co-founder of the up-and-coming Wipebook company, has made it into the finals of the very prestigious AMBA Awards presented by the Association of MBAs (United Kingdom), a first for an HEC Montréal MBA student! He could win the MBA Entrepreneurial Venture Award, created to celebrate entrepreneurship, support the business schools that encourage it and recognize and reward creativity in MBA programs.

The winners will be announced on October 30, in London, at the Association’s annual gala. The co-founder of Wipebook will be attending, along with MBA Program Director Michael Wybo. The gala, bringing together businesspeople, alumni and journalists from around the world, will be an excellent international showcase for Thomas Sychterz, his company and, at the same time, HEC Montréal and its MBA program.

The School was accredited by AMBA in 2002, an honour that has since been twice renewed, in 2007 and 2012.
