EIU Business Professor of the Year Award: Johanne Brunet one of the four finalists
February 4, 2013
Associate Professor Johanne Brunet (marketing) has been selected as one of the four finalists for the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) Business Professor of the Year Award. On March 14 she will travel to London for a live “teach-off,” which will also be broadcast online. She stands to win a US$100,000 prize. The other three finalists are from the University of British Columbia, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and INSEAD (France).
The goal of this contest, organized by the EIU, a subsidiary of The Economist magazine, in co-operation with the Hult International Business School, is to recognize and reward excellence in business teaching. This is the third stage in the contest. Professor Brunet was first chosen in December 2012 as one of the 15 semi-finalists.
