May 3, 2013
On May 2, after a competition where 13 teams from 11 Quebec universities turned in excellent performances, the HEC Montréal team was crowned the big winner in the first edition of the 360 Tournament, organized by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, the order representing certified human resources professionals (CRHP). Lucia Aguilar, Vicky Boissonneault, Laurence Bourgouin and Jeanne Worthington, all BBA students, each received a $1,000 prize from the CHRP Foundation.
The three-part tournament is the only one intended for future human resources and industrial relations professionals that is organized by industry practitioners. For each part, the teams are given a case and four days to submit their report. The winners are determined by the cumulative results of all three events. Participants were evaluated by a jury of six human resources management vice-presidents.
Congratulations to the team and their coach, Marc-Antonin Hennebert, Assistant Professor (Human Resources)!
