Jean-Charles Chebat, Full Professor with the Department of Marketing and holder of the Chair of Commercial Space and Customer Service Management, has received an Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Emerald Literati Network for his “impressive and substantial” contribution as a scientific reviewer for the International Journal of Culture, Tourism and Hospitality Research in 2009.
The Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence are presented by the Emerald Group, which produces some 200 English-language scientific and professional publications. The award received by Professor Chebat recognizes the important role of scientific reviewers in ensuring the quality and reputation of learned journals. The editor of each journal selects the reviewer who has made the most exceptional contribution in the year in question.
