As a female executive, you face a variety of challenges you need practical strategies to overcome.

In this program, you will learn:

  • how to successfully resolve issues;
  • strengthen your emotional intelligence;
  • develop the skills necessary to become a better leader.

In recent months, many women in the workforce have been hit hard by the pandemic. The numbers confirm it: women have been more likely than men to lose their jobs. As the “she-cession” looms, this course offers women a chance to come together and enhance their respective toolkits.

Women are increasingly showing leadership locally, nationally and internationally in a wide range of fields — from business, administration and education to engineering, health and beyond. They are determined to shatter the glass ceiling that has long blocked them from filling upper-level management positions and tackling complex challenges.

Each woman has her own formula for making a difference. To find the approach that works for you, it helps to step back and look at the bigger picture. This course will guide you through developing an authentic leadership style. You will get to know yourself, your strengths and your limitations as you define your management philosophy.

Participants will receive the results of the following psychometric test as part of the course:

Nova Profil

Testimonial(s)

“I really appreciated the “Women’s Leadership” training! On the one hand, it was very well put together and structured by a professor visibly committed to the cause of women empowerment and eminently generous with concrete examples from her life. We had the chance to hear the stories of 4 speakers with very diverse backgrounds but each one more inspiring than the last! I must admit that the presence of Dominique Anglade is what attracted me to this course! But what was most breathtaking was above all the exchanges with these other women evolving at various levels in their professional careers: some occupying management positions wanting to learn how to better maneuver through these functions, others trying to access positions of management. Everyone learned to know themselves better and establish a leadership style based on their personality. »
