This seminar focuses on how to develop and execute strategies. It is impossible to know how to formulate an effective strategic approach without understanding everything this implies in terms of priorities and resources. It is therefore necessary to go beyond simple strategic planning and examine the underlying concepts and principles of strategic management, as well as recent developments in this field.
