Using the Value Proposition Canvas, you will:

  • Develop your vision and theory of change
  • Clarify your value proposition

Day 2 – Plan out development and measure results

With your vision and value proposition better defined, you’ll be able to focus on planning and assessing your results. Accordingly, you will learn how to:

  • Draft a development plan that will satisfy your board, help you secure funding and motivate your staff
  • Successfully communicate the plan
  • Design, develop and implement efficient measures for assessing the results and the effectiveness of your initiatives
