Digital Supply Chain Management

IMD-bandeau

The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) is a world-renowned leader in developing leaders and transforming organizations to create ongoing impact.

Together, Executive Education HEC Montréal and IMD are bringing you a six-day experience, to be held in Lausanne and Montreal, featuring a carefully curated group of high-profile instructors. This is a unique opportunity to take your organization – and your own skill sets – to the next level.

ACQUISITION, PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION OF DIGITAL INFORMATION: SEIZING THE NEXT BIG BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

The Digital Supply Chain Management (DSCM) program focuses on the possibilities and challenges that are emerging as the industry undergoes changes of seismic proportions. It will give you a unique perspective on recent innovations and insights so you can optimize your value chain and prepare for the future. Explore solutions to some of today’s most daunting challenges: develop a digital strategy that incorporates the latest technologies, devise an effective omnichannel strategy, utilize leading-edge analytics to fine-tune your forecasts, leverage your supply chain across various geographical zones and take the lead in turning your supply chain into a powerful, game-changing tool.

The program includes coaching from an HEC Montréal professor as part of a full-day prep session in Montreal and five days of training in Lausanne.

Special Features

Tap into the latest practices in this digital ecosystem to boost your growth, flexibility, responsiveness and agility. By the end of the program, you’ll see your supply chain in a new light: as a holistic business function and a driver of growth rather than a necessary (and costly) evil.

Is This for You?

The program is designed for experienced executives specializing in procurement, supply chain management and operations. It is also useful to members of the core management team in charge of customer and supplier relations as well as business development executives with supply chain management accountabilities.

Content

The program combines learning and ongoing interaction with your fellow participants working in the same field as well as with the course instructors. You will apply what you learn to your company, analyze case studies from around the world, engage in simulations and comparative analysis exercises, and take part in rewarding, in-depth discussions. You will also explore the best practices of some of the world’s most successful multinationals.
