This program will enable you to capitalize on strategic development opportunities to create value and ensure the growth of your business.

Using a proven approach and practical tools, you will go over your business model, value proposition and revenue streams with a critical eye to better evaluate your organization’s growth levers and identify any roadblocks to be eliminated.

Led by faculty members associated with McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA and the MBA program, and guest business leaders, this program boasts a highly practical EMBA-style approach.
