What makes an organization a vibrant, living thing? What strengths can be leveraged to move it forward? What kind of energy and drive is required to meet established goals?
Appreciative inquiry (AI) is an approach to change management that focuses on the specific strengths of individuals and systems. It is an alternative to traditional troubleshooting techniques, which tend to revolve around identifying and fixing problems. The purpose of AI is to make progress toward an ideal future based on a foundation of successes, strengths and anything else that can help a system or an organization thrive.
This workshop provides an overview of this novel approach to change, with a set of tools designed to enable participants to apply what they have learned in a practical context.
The course consists of a series of interactive workshops combining theory and practice.
Participants in all of our seminars will receive a certificate of completion from Executive Education HEC Montréal.
