Sylvie Guignon boasts over 25 years of experience working for government agencies and multinational corporations in Quebec and France. She has been involved in a variety of business-related fields, including human resources management, transportation management, supply chain management, sales and after-sales service management, financial consolidation and management control.
During her career, she has gained considerable expertise in managing projects and coordinating teams during organizational strategy initiatives as well as mentoring leaders, analyzing business processes, designing/developing/implementing integrated management software packages and spearheading organizational change. She has leaned into her experience to master Brio’s approaches and tools, whether in leading pre-change strategic reflection or rolling out software packages. She prides herself on being sensitive to complexity of the practices and contexts of the clients with whom she collaborates.
