Marie-Noëlle has over 20 years of Human Resources experience and has extensive international experience leading organizational transformations. She worked in the United Kingdom and in Switzerland, and helped accelerate Human Resources transformations through leadership development, diversity & inclusion, change excellence, attraction of the best talent, while enabling a culture of engagement, agility, innovation and collaboration.

Marie-Noelle was part of the 2016 cohort of Harvard Business School’s Women Leadership Forum. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Université du Québec à Montréal and an Executive MBA from McGill-HEC.
