Ms. Desrochers is a seasoned marketing executive. She worked 25 years as vice-president of marketing, products and national sales at RBC Royal Bank and 4 years at National Bank as SVP Marketing, Business Solutions. She has hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, sales, product development and has always had a passion on relying on analysis of data and maximizing the use of technology. She has been acknowledged by her peers and clients for her dynamic, forward-thinking, innovative solution orientated approaches to business issues.

During her career, she has served on numerous boards of directors of NPOs in Canada, Europe and the United States and she taught marketing at HEC Montreal. She is currently a lecturer and consultant in the use of data and artificial intelligence applied to marketing and financial services and supports a company specializing in artificial intelligence.
