Ms. Lemonde is a marketing consultant who works with companies operating in various industries. She created the course “Marketing 2.0 – Social and Mobile Media,” which she teaches to 60 BBA students at HEC Montréal. Her knowledge of new media marketing dates back to 2006, when she wrote her marketing thesis on how to build brand loyalty on social networks.
She began her career at Transcontinental Media, where she worked in the social media department. Her main duties included implementing a consumer engagement strategy using database marketing tactics. She subsequently joined TAXI Canada as a digital strategist, working with such clients as Microsoft Canada, Reitmans, Bombardier and TELUS.
